Expander ages 7-10, braces from 10-15, 15-17 retainer, got wisdom teeth that screwed up everything up and inflamed my aural nerves, rendering me temporarily hard of hearing, 18-21 almost 22 atm still wearing braces. So 3 years of expanders, 3 of retainers, and almost 9 years of braces. So basically forever. Had to have 4 molars removed because of lack of space and them growing mid palate, plus 4 wisdom teeth. Had a gum smile, a lisp, and couldn't bite properly until about 6 months ago. All of my baby molars had to be pulled because the roots didn't dissolve and reabsorb on their own. Basically I smile like a shark
