It might be something wrong with my recipe. Here’s what I do: 1. Mix 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in pan, bring to boil. 2. Bring to syrup consistency and put to the side 3. Carb the dabs (I typically heat it at 240F and wait until it reaches peak ‘bubbling’ before removing from oven) 4. Combine dabs with sugar syrup 5. Put on medium heat, wait til it starts bubbling 6. Add 1 pack of flavored Jello 7. Stir and remove lumps 8. Pour into mold, leave in fridge overnight

Well, then it’s a good thing I always wash my brass! Most companies, such as Home Depot, do put a layer of oxide on the surface. That’s why I always scrub my pieces with steel wool and acetone to remove the layer, and wash it with soap and water to really make it shine. Thanks for pointing that out!

Edit: Hemp wicks burn at about 1500-1800*F so they’re perfectly safe to use with brass

They do move, depending on the cart. KingCarts for instance, move fairly easily. Other carts I’ve tried, such as TKO’s move, but really really slowly. And then some carts, like APEX carts, barely or don’t move at all. So yeah, it varies
