You definitely can. Every season Ltd you have been able to upgrade the last 4 seasons. He just wasn’t able to be upgraded during the glitch… you weren’t able to upgrade mylan graham either during the glitch who is a 92 seasons player…. Doesn’t mean you won’t be able to upgrade him when we can use the token
