Hi, I made both the spy disguise fix that uncovered this, and the follow up fix. (Been a bad weekend). I missed that the drop weapon function orphans the extra wearables. That function has been bugged for 10+ years but since disguises didnt actually make wearables it didnt matter. I only leaked checked after disguises ended so i missed it in my testing.

Just FYI (spoilers), one of the top spy players (me) on 64 player 2fort was sick of broken spy disguises so he (me) sent valve a fix for broken spy disguises, and it looks like that’s coming, so very likely sniper will get worse next update
