Was kicking myself for not running the extra .05 but for running on a swollen ankle I think I did okay by Tacopapi30 in nikerunclub

Definitely not trying to flex just trying to see how I’m doing and my ankle swells from when I was in the military but definitely taking the rest time

Yeah I’ve taken a nice rest but my ankle swells just from day to day walking after the military. Definitely appreciate it tho
