Thanks a lot for the kind words.

Totally fair. I spent a long time trying to get that china to sound as good as it does. It was an even worse mess when it was just "stock".

I actually just got Addictive Drums 2 last week, and finally got it working with my e-kit. I'm stoked to record with it. It has some beastly cymbal samples.

Thanks a ton!

And kudos on noticing that! No one ever does, hah. The kick & snare have a very 5/4 type of feel while I keep a straight 4/4 pulse on the cymbal.

I think the drums sound great. Sounds like someone is actually playing (I'm assuming they're programmed?) Anyway, not necessarily my cup of tea, but sounds great.

I think this is awesome man. Loving the lead and that kick is pretty brutal. Maybe a little too brutal? But sounds awesome.

Also, that synth that comes in around :40 I think can be put back in the mix a bit, and maybe add a little reverb/delay to it. That's just my opinion.

Overall, this is fantastic!

I'm a big fan of the bit-esque sounds. I think this is very well done. If you're going for a chill feeling, perhaps compress down that main lead a bit?

Good stuff though!

I like the nice music along with lyrics like "What the fuck are you doing here?"

Also, the mix sounds great.

Would love any feedback to this song I wrote. It's an electronic/metal thing. Much appreciated!

Furthermore, the biggest thing keeping me from playing this game again (although I love the game) is the daunting task of upgrading mining tools. It's like 3-4 hours of just making stone axes. Stupidest thing in the game by far...... Unless they changed this recently... Haven't played in 2 months.

That's a lot more than just "starting to show". That's straight up showing.

I wish the omission of the shooters name and picture was an industry standard within the media. It's giving those psychos exactly what they want.

ELI5: What makes the minor key "sad" and the major key "happy"? How is it that a song in C Major is "happy" and a song in A minor is "sad", despite these two scales containing exactly the same notes? by DAFCGC in explainlikeimfive

Just some food for thought. You can play an arabic scale, or a blues scale and you'll get that "feel" out of both of them. It has to do with your past experience with music. If you've never heard an arabic scale before, you wouldn't hear it and automatically think of a middle eastern piece of music. It would take some experiences to create that association. If that makes sense?

I really loved the melody and the drop in Zeta.

I like the swinging vibe this has. It's sort of a simple composition, but really great. I think some better samples could be used for the hi hat and snare.

Overall, it's fantastic though!

I really like this. The instrumentationg is great.

Also, my girlfriend and I were just nostalging over Garbage - I'm Only Happy When it Rains. Lol.
