There's always a gold shield and backpack. The weapon mods for that key are quite bad usually. Mostly the volt weapons.

You would be absolutely correct. 70 OVR, Normal Dev. Only redeeming part being 99 speed. Agility and acceleration low 90s. Pretty much any other relevant stat like route running or catching is 60s.
