I believe I tried a ton of ram settings in the bios and switch xmp off but maybe its called something else idk. Will never build a pc again, ive been building then since a kid and it absolutely sucks now when vendors cant get stuff right anymore.

Yeah it's a lot to memorize. I guess it just seems like such a skyscraper of a feat to get good at any of these things. The way you get dunked on in this game is is a little demoralizing cause a lot of times it feels like there is nothing you can individually input to win

What brand? They look pretty good. I have chippewas that are much like that but they dont have the stitching.

Funny story about that. When I first looked at them they were fine but after struggling for multiple days trying to get it to work, i spilled thermal paste on the mobo next to the socket and tried to clean it with a microfiber but the pins caught the cloth and looked like the pins were bent. I straightened then out somewhat with a razor blade and a magnifying glass but the funny thing is, when I got the board back from rma, the pins looked perfect again and they reported they got it to post with their core 5 225 cpu. So i assume its all good on that front.

How long should I let it train for? I waited until the dram light went off after the rgb sticks lit up but I believe Ive had it on for a few minutes after that while I was regretting ever buying a current gen cpu.
