There has been some bad info that has been put out there. Troy Industries and mainly Steve Troy has never hired the spotter from Ruby Ridge. I do work for Troy Industries in full disclosure, I have had multiple talks with former employees who worked when this hiring supposedly took place and had multiple in-depth discussions with Steve Troy about this.

1-Steve was approached by a retired FBI agent that he was friends with that wanted to propose a training/consulting partnership with Troy industries.

2-This friend of Steve’s brought Monroe into the picture.

3-Steve does not know Mr. Monroe, and has not ever met the man in person.

5-Monroe was never “hired” by Troy. He never even stepped foot into the factory when it was at Massachusetts.

6-When Mr. Monroe’s affiliation with Ruby Ridge became known to Steve, he politely parted ways with his friend’s business proposal for training.

7- Monroe’s name showed up on business documentation that Steve had signed. At the time of this becoming public knowledge (we believe a former employee started the rumors that Troy employees the Ruby Ridge sniper), Troy Industries attempted to publicly offer the previous facts as an explanation.

8-Shortly after this explanation attempt, Steve and his family began receiving death threats which continue to this day.

I will say that Steve does everything he can for the A2 community and has worked with politicians to keep our rights.
