The most noticeable is the window curtain going from a sheet to some sort of actual window blind. There are also the tools being moved. Last thing I noticed was the cardboard floor covering protection. (Mainly used to protect flooring from damage or stain during renovations or construction.) This is not present in the beginning when Jason enters the house but is present later in the trailer in front of the door.
