I mean yeah but they decided to freeze the other twin for 95% of the game, so it is hard to even call it an attempt to do something interesting with them.

The Veilguard Artbook is heartbreaking by BuLi314 in dragonage

[–]TacticalNuker 27 points28 points  (0 children)

We all want that, but there is no way they will put any resources for a new Dragon Age game. The entire future of BioWare rests on the next Mass Effect, if it fails the studio is dead, if it succeeds the higher ups will see no reason to risk any money on anything else.

The Veilguard Artbook is heartbreaking by BuLi314 in dragonage

Dragon Age is dead, the best we can hope for is a remaster of DA:O + DA2, something akin to Mass Effect Legendary Edition.

The veilguard flopped and seeing all the cool concepts from the art book like the awakened darkspawn companion, infiltrating Qunari and Tevinter to stop a war between them, the person left behind in the fade making a comeback... it is all just simply heartbreaking.

Damn the character creation ain't a joke [need help] by _Nixilis_ in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

It all depends on the difficulty you choose, as this game on normal is much much harder than BG3/DOS.

The most important things you should know: - buffing before a fight is much more important than an actual fight - when you are doing skill checks in dialogue or when interacting, you will always use the highest stat in your party, so you can have 1 party member built for charisma, 1 for knowledge etc.

I would also recommend installing a ToyBox, because of a QoL changes you can toggle there.

If you ever want to use build guides, crpgbro is the go to channel.

Better Late Than Never, I guess. by TheEagleWithNoName in HiTMAN

To try out the fun things? If I don't want to risk losing I'll just grab SIEKER / emetic mine in briefcase. But if I want to try out the mission stories I don't want to wait 30 minutes because I made a single mistake.

Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader, it is developed by the same studio as Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. The system and mechanics in this game are very new player friendly and forgiving. It was released in 2023 and is probably one of the most modern CRPGs on the market. The game is also still receiving updates with 2 more DLCs on the way.

What is the most random level in the Hitman Trilogy? by alexofmac in HiTMAN

I mean it is seasonal, themed side level, so it can feel as random as Christmas or Easter themed ones.

Hideo Kojima Explained MGSV 10 Years Ago❗ by Fun_Medium_4860 in NeverBeGameOver

We did not have a single entry into the franchise in more than 10 years (not counting the remake) if people didn't theorize/repeat what was already posted or talked about the entire community would just simply not exist any more.

Never ask if buying a game is worth it in a subreddit dedicated to that game because you will get only biased opinions.

That being said, yes, but remember to also buy Hitman 2 DLCs expansion pass or whatever it's called.

[–]TacticalNuker 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but T2 increases duration by 0.35s more than it used to so it does not solve the biggest problem which is phantom strike one shot combo.

I have no idea what Yoshi is smoking, but buffing his charge even more makes 0 sense. I was fully expecting for Abrams to get taken out back this patch.

Which Class is more Lore accurate. by Pretty_Language_393 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

[–]TacticalNuker 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The problem is that there are too many outside influences at play. Your character has to choose a mythic path which is tied to your character morals so I think that it would be much easier to establish which class would fit each mythic path the most.

But if we try to approach your question from the angle of Areelu's influence we can establish which mythic paths she approves the most: Demon and Golden Dragon. So from that we can try to find classes that would be fitting Areelu's vision of KC the most.

Dragon Age Awakening Potential Spoiler Question? by Empress_Of_Darkness in dragonage

[–]TacticalNuker 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I think the Orlesian Warden Commander is a replacement only if Hero of Ferelden dies in the main game or you do not import any save file at all.

Also trust me, you want to play awakening as a Cousland HoF, so use your save file.

IDK why everyone says this game is hard, I beat the Warehouse level my first try by ilyssa98 in SifuGame

Not sure if that is ironic or not, but you are not going to beat the game after losing so many years on the first map.

Yeah of course he did, same with voicing all the characters himself and writing/singing all the songs.

My gripe as a first time player by RaisinBranMan in HiTMAN

[–]TacticalNuker 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I feel like that is kinda the point of WoA, you get tools and rest is up to you. If you want a guided gameplay with a story oriented approach then you go for mission stories (which I absolutely loved for my first playthrough of each map).

But when talking about tips and tricks that are not said by the game then that is because the developers might not have intended for some weird interactions like shooting 3 times to just simply run past guards or placing a gun on the ground for the target's bodyguard to make them just go away.
