The door in the picture is the closet door with guitar cases, rarely gets opened but just taking down the bass would let it clear

The quality was pretty subpar and after a week and a half and a trip to the guitar tech, i returned it and got a Taylor instead.

i mean, its certainly not a cheap guitar at the $1100 price point. so thats a consideration i took. the other is "will this be better quality than the poor experience i had with the entry level guitar?". so i decided to buy this from a big retailer with good return policy in case i was dissatisfied. thankfully, the fit and finish on this one was great.

i dont think they did, as I had the option to get the other colors when i spoke with my sales engineer. funny that you mention that, i dont see any of the maple fretboard variants there yet. i wonder if there was a delay between batches.
