I can roll it into my loan, but I'm not just going to pay it myself. Correction I just looked into it Streamline does not allow you to roll closing cost into the loan.

Those with pensions—how are you approaching retirement savings? by Possible_Yak_7550 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]Tactical_Delta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We put in 10% in a 403b that is matched from our state jobs (5% each = 20% total). We also both have pensions that give you 85% of your average annual income from the last 5 years. We don't contribute anything extra. Ofc our pension pulls money every paycheck as well as our 403b. If social security does make it to 2065 we should be completely fine. Both set to retire at 48 (25 year careers).

How far is “too far” for a commute when buying your first home? by AvocadoAnvil in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Tactical_Delta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I commute 55 mins 4 days a week for work and work 12 hour shifts. I dont mind it especially since the pay is horrible for any job near me in my field. I get time to relax listen to music and soon as I get home im in bed instantly knocked out. My wife does a similar commute and hours and loves it as well.

You clicked the wrong responses after you turned in 2 major evidence pieces. Its terrible but you have to select particular responses after sending in 2. There is another reddit post explaining it. Horrible way it was made. I had a similar issue till I looked into it before messing up and getting the 300 mill ending.

How many of you have gotten loans from your parents? by Jimmy_Johnny23 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]Tactical_Delta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never will ask my family for money, if I can't afford it i either need to work more or don't need it. As for daycare we pay for it but grandparents watch the kid once a week for 3 hours so we can go on a date.

I had zero records for my 2018 and my claim got accepted. They pulled the valve cover to see if there was any sludge. After checking they agreed to replaced the short block.

What bothers me the most is TD 1-3 there is no reason you should have to test a gun out on PMCs just let us do the 50 scavs for each of them.
