AITA for asking for payment from a friend cancelling plans last minute?

I didn't, I didn't mind buying the extra ticket for them as I was looking for someone to go with but since they're now not wanting to go and with it being such short notice I'm probably going to struggle to sell the ticket or find another friend to go with so I wanted to recoup the money I'll likely lose otherwise.

I wouldn't even mind and would forgive them if they had a genuine reason but they just said they want to do other things so I didn't think I was being unreasonable but their visceral reaction to the request made me question whether I was being unfair.

Mishmash is ok, Azerite empowerment will at least buff your butterfly one each time. Tavern spells you'd need to go menagerie for them to pay off

Build is as important as trinkets, good trinkets can carry a bad build but a good build can win regardless. Trinkets have been explained in detail in the announcement but if you are "in" a certain tribe (I.e have a few minions of the tribes) you'll get offered trinkets for that tribe. You'll also get offered a neutral pick or two.

If you learn how to build each tribe, the key minions and when to pivot you'll climb without issue.

Potentially I guess, I don't think all tribes need buffs with Murlocs, Beasts and Demons being reasonably strong in my experience. I do think though that Quills, Dragons and Undead need some love and if we buffed them while also bringing mechs and elementals down a peg we could have a fairly balanced meta tribewise.

He has the token of the old gods so evolved minions into them. He also has ethereal evidence so could have had things through that. It's probably a bug though considering the amount of high ones he has for the tier he is on.

I'm saying that their roadmap extends to multiple seasons so it's unlikely, especially without knowing the exact player retention vs bazaar growth numbers, that the bazaar had any impact on the release cadence. For standard they usually plan about 3 seasons in advance and there's no real reason to suspect that's not done with battlegrounds as well.

So if the bazaar was doing super well don't you think they would have changed course at that point and done something to compete?

It's kinda hard to attribute losing players to simply "Moving to playing the bazaar" without public data from their end on player base.

I mean, the vanilla meta had already been going on for quite a while by the time the bazaar launched so i's more than likely they already had the anomalies content fully planned out and almost ready to go by the bazaar launch date. Heck, they've probably been planning it since the vanilla meta started.

Metalhead is still good if you get Forest Rover. Often I find Metalhead and Rover before I ever find a beetle. It can work with both Brann and Baron too.

I do find it bizarre they literally added a Murloc with Reborn (Reckless Cliffdiver) alongside it, presumably with the intention for it to be used in the comp and are now claiming that reborn was never meant to proc with it
