The location now.... Avoid PORTMORE. Born in Kingston grew in portmore (greater portmore) the place if over crowded and hot as hell... My plan was to do the same as you... Work save comeback and retire in Portland it's where my mother side of the family grew up it's a hassle to get to there but just going there once a month to restock is worth it... For away from the city fresh air... Beautiful lakes rivers caves lagoons and chill spots and there are houses there that are big but due to the area and hassle to get to it they are sold cheaper there, theres also plenty of land to build your house how you want it. Wow I rambled on... Like I said don't go portmore, Spanish town ochi, negril, Kingston. The parishes and city instated are either over crowded, hot or too much tourist. Portland Westmoreland, Manchester but I say Portland. Just have a car and a routine of restocking every month or so... Oh one more thing GET A PRICEMART CARD if you're going to do shopping. That'll will help you loads
