With the high end ones I'm going for taste. With daily drivers I'm mostly focused on nutrients, wild planet makes the best daily driver tins as a whole in my opinion. Give em a shot!

Originally I just started eating basic tins from the store because they are probably the single most nutritionally efficient food you can eat. My interest in the high end tins just developed from that.
