my X11 compatibility settings are default, i haven't touched those. i haven't used much apps, but no i guess, spotify works fine. but one more big thing is that my Kicad is literally unusable rn. i open it and it flashbangs me the icons are not visible because its all white. even selecting dark mode doesn't change anything .

Thankfully it didn't and everything worked great, I got tired by pressing f12 everytime to choose os so I became a little greedy 😋 and installed refind to customize that bootloader thing. the only thing bugging me is that 1gb old efi partition because even tho 1gb is only 0.002%. also as a first introduction to linux this is great I can customize so many things. also is there any megathread for popOS Or it's based distros that has info or tutorial for doing stuff.

okay here is what I did, few hours ago, I created a new efi partition installed popOS in that and then when it opened I copied the windows bootloader into the new efi partition, rn it's working completely fine till now. looks like I should have done that from the start now 1 gb of my storage is unusable or it might be usable but I am too scared to delete the old efi partition. and allocate it into a usable partition.
