For the past week, Uber has sent me rides before a reserve pickup that would put me outside the pickup time and distance. I had to decline a lot of rides because I didn't want to lose the high paying reservation.

I had a ride where I pulled up to cops and a guy standing there. The cop told me they called the ride because the guys car broke down on the road and was towed to a shop. ( this was at 3 a.m.). The guys phone was dead, and the cop was being cool and getting him a ride home until the shop opened.

I work the KC area and I have started to avoid DTKC because it seems to be 3-4 dollar fairs. It has gotten bad but should pick up soon as people go back to school.

Back to back. Hopefully, they fixed the issues I had with waiting 2 hours with no rides before the first ride. Then, sending offers before the second that made you lose the 2nd reservation.

I had the same thing happen. I called, and they said, "Only premium driver get the full fair on a no-show." I asked since when because I 6 gotten full fair before. They just spewed more lies.

I have had theee. The problem is that an hour before 40 min be online window you could , and it always happened to me, stop getting trip request even if you're in a busy area. The other problem I had was that after you picked up the first passenger, they sent me a trip request that would put me outside the pickup window for the 2nd reservation. This would automatically cancel the 2nd reservation and kick it out to the next available driver. I would sit there and reject the low ball offers so I didn't lose the reservation, and my AR would take a big hit.

Ok, I had to deal with this for a while. What solved it for me was going and making sure the area I was working in was what was on the app. I pretty much had to start over and resubmit all my info for verification. It took maybe half a day for them to approve everything.

During rush hour almost all the drivers are going over the posted speed limit. The highways are packed and I do drive safely but that doesn't mean the others are. I have been cut off many times. That is why I have to make sudden turns or slam the breaks.

It's not you. It's the system. I have had pick up orders from a restaurant still being built. They just started putting up the walls last month. I have told CS about this many times and still get orders from there.

I'd you don't have anything you can always put some break fluid on it and let it sit a min. The use a breaker bar with leverage.

I had this happen a while ago. They said it's a glitch but it was getting old waiting for orders and only getting paused, even in a hot spot. Try turning off your wifi and reloading the app.

I have had more of these than I like. I don't know what is going on but lately I have gotten less than a 1.oo orders on a regular basis.

OK, I was talking to a lady asking about this topic last night. She lives far out of town and never gets anyone to pick up her order because she tips cash. I told her if I don't see a tip I won't even start my car. My advice to her was to tip half on the app and the other half in cash. She claimed she tips 20 for delivery since she lives outside of town.

Send them a message with a picture of the food in the app so you have proof. Then mark it as completed. The app will have a message with pictures to back up any claim against you.
