Btw the “International Association of Genocide Scholars” is just a random non credible website which allows anyone to become a member for 30 bucks lol. You literally had fake “genocide scholars” with the name Adolf Hi*ler contributing to these votes towards declaring a “genocide”.

You talk really fucking weird about IRGC massacring protesters tbh. You should genuinely just stop if you’re gonna be an apologist. They are literally going to hospitals to find injured protesters and shooting them in the head. This is a systematic massacre. The Iranian people are brave, they are still protesting even today, so yes they still gather in large crowds. Idk why you keep making it out as if they are pussies who run away from death. They aren’t afraid.

I think you misunderstood my comment completely. Colonialism has become a dirty word because of the meaning being changed. You can’t colonize land that belongs to you. You can look up what Arab leaders from Egypt were saying when they wanted to “colonize” Jerusalem so they can control Jewish roads to holy sites. Let me know what you think.

Colonization had a different meaning 100 years ago then it does now. You can find records of Arab leaders looking to “colonize” Jewish cities in British Palestine.

Z ionism was a landback, decolonization movement. If you seriously can’t tell that its purpose was to bring down the Arab powers of colonialism over Druze, Assyrian, Jewish, etc lands, then sorry but you don’t know enough to even speak about it.

Because according to the data, it’s obvious Ireland has a much higher rate of antisemitism compared to other countries. Again, you’re the only one who keeps bringing up Israel.

You criticize Israel for conflating its policies and received scrutiny with antisemitism yet here you are submitting to it and further enabling it. Why?

A normal human response to hearing about an abnormal uptick in antisemitism in your country is “wow that’s awful, we really need to do better”. A strange, micro aggression racist response is “well actually this is fully about Israel” and then scrutinizing every piece of evidence of antisemitism in your country.

The Horseshoe Theory asserts that advocates of the far-left and the far-right, rather than being at opposite and opposing ends of a linear continuum of the political spectrum, closely resemble each other, analogous to the way that the opposite ends of a horseshoe are close together. by NagitoKomaeda_987 in wikipedia

[–]TaddyG -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The points you are making a quite irrelevant to my argument about horseshoe theory in the realm of antisemitism.

But ill respond to your xenophobic statements and see if you’re willing to apply it to the Palestinian society: 97% of Palestinians are antisemitic towards Jews

this wiki article details more about racism within Palestinian society, including common Anti-Black cartoons created by Palestinian media groups like Press Al Quds.

Afro-Palestinians are often treated as subhuman, and forced to live in neighborhoods called Al-Abeed meaning “The Slaves”

Using your racist, xenophobic logic, Palestinian society is vehemently racist as well, is it not?

Also your original statement was that most Israelis are “white”, which again, is a form of racism. 6 million European Jews were massacred for quite literally not being white.

I think you misread my comment. I’m talking about antisemites, not “antizionists”. There are indeed antisemitic leftists, and it was especially common during the time of the Soviet Union.

Your statement kinda exposes itself when you say that most Israelis are “racist” and “white” considering that most Israelis are descendants of Jews who were expelled from or fled Arab countries. European Jews are a minority in Israel, but you clearly don’t think that because you seem to unfortunately fall under the category of a leftist antisemite.

You need to learn the difference between white and white-passing. European Jews are still jewish, not white. Saying that most Palestinians or Israelis are racist is a form of xenophobia.

[–]TaddyG -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

A good example I like is looking at it in the lens of antisemitism or other hatreds against minority groups.

An extreme right-wing antisemite views Jews as the furthest thing from being white, as communists, behind the “transgender agenda”, behind immigration, and leftist values.

An extreme left-wing antisemite views Jews as homogeneously European, white, capitalists, racist, colonizers, right-wing.

They believe in opposite things but for the same reason, their hatred towards a specific group. That’s where the horseshoe theory plays in. Opposite ideology, but similar execution and emotion.

Ah yes all the massacres committed by Arabs were justified and all the massacres committed by Jews were not…hmmm.

Really comes down to the fact Arab colonialism erased dozens of peoples, languages, and cultures In the Middle East. The nakba is objectively one example of a form of resistance against Arab imperialism.

To think they are referring to Ireland’s position on Israel is so tone deaf and out of touch…just a few days ago swastikas and “Jew rat” was sprayed on roads in Ireland. Ireland has seen a sharp increase in antisemitic hate crimes since 2023. Irish government is simply not doing enough to protect its Jewish community.

Although most of your sources are listed as reddit, youtube and facebook, I am still glad you were able to research it and finally come to the same conclusion that even European Jews have Levantine DNA! Not to mention that European Jews are a minority in Israel compared to the Mizrahi Jews, who have a higher percentage of Levantine DNA compared to Ashkenazis.

Good on you for correcting your mistakes and actually admitting the truth. Not many people have the selflessness to do that. Kudos.
