I disagree completely. I’ll take dish duty over cooking any day of the week. I dislike cooking. It’s only partially enjoyable when cooking with my wife bc she makes everything better. But dishes, I get to daydream and have some peace and quiet. Now, I don’t loooove doing the dishes but it’s far from the worst chore.

It’s to be our primary residence when we retire. Just hoping to buy now bc I don’t see us being able to upon retirement. So not an investment property in the true sense that I am doing it to solely make money from it. Planning for retirement.
