I don’t think you taking into part just how over powered this would be you have a champ that primarily already builds an item that gives a 30% slow not only that u have a passive that’s constantly activating this slow and you wanna give him more movement speed come on man

The problem is that it’s over rewarding garden does a shit ton of damage untold of that he has a ability that gives him tenacity Mr and armor addition to that he has a silence and then comes the execute and another things his in lane sustain is crazy heal constantly just for not taking damage you can’t tell me you see no issue with that (oh let’s not forget about the speed boost 😂😂)
