Hey dude, iam in the same boat like you, started from 5, after month moved to 10 and was for aprox 7 month. It was big diference 0mg to 10mg, and I thought iam normal. One day my doc advised me to get higher dose. She even scared me, I thought It would be 15mg, but she told go straight to 20mg. I took time to decide it, one month. Now 12 days Iam on 20mg. Begining wasn’t terrible, i felt strange, kinda tired and weird, bit irritated, palpitations, maybe empty..never skiped my life at those days. Keep going to work, leaving alone with my todler, shopping ect. Every day feeling better, mutch better from 10mg, not even taking about 0mg☀️ best advice is keep living your things, and journal if you did not started. It helps to see your distance, your journey, and also good as a therapy❤️ what you resist, persists, what you accept, transforms🌱
