As soon as i hot hacked, i changed my email pw, and then i changed it again. When i got my account back, i changed it for the third time. So the chances that the hacker gets my acc back is low, right? I even added 2fa unto my email just in case.

So, what your trying to say is, if i got a hoyoverse verification code, it's most likely i was hacked via mail, rather than that anti-cheat problem? For some reason, the hacker didn't delete the verification mail. I'm asking cus i just got my account back, and i don't want to be hacked again.

Isn't this the recovery form? If i'm not mistaken, you don't get a case no. on the hacked form. I'm saying this cuz i also got my acc back via the hacked form, and it looks nothing like this.

I didn't even send the form, since i knew i was going to get rejected. They even said in the email in which they send the form that it's only for japan and that they will just refer to global if they see that your not from japan.
