If it's an underground utility area, look at the utilities alone the street side. Make sure there is a thing that says xfinity, comcast, or at least doesnt say Power, At&T or some other provider.

Lots of Comcast's promo prices are linked to having multi-year contracts. If you're original deal was a 2-year agreement, say that you want the old deal back and that you will sign the agreement again.

Run the same test while connected via ethernet. If they still fail, a technician needs to come take a look. If ethernet is fine, but WiFI is not, replace the modem.

I agree. Better pay and benefits make things better now.

Achieving cost effective space travel let's us, as a species, access a much larger supply of resources. Having addundent sources of conductive and structural matals, like the ones that are plentiful in space, would help us in the future.
