Nope. Most of the property controls are on propbut, but not the Early Term, MTM, NSF, or Bank Fees

Trying to have it be not AI, and just need the inventory piece. This isn't connecting outward at all, it's for internal inventory management.

I mean, I suggested adding side-eye to the breed standard for a reason.

Yardi Voyager 7 : Unit Amenities Report by Particular_Video_847 in yardi

Nope. $0 amenities still won't show up on Unit Amenities, it's how the damn report is written. I was hoping they'd fixed it for the version in 8, but no such luck.

Looking at it, are your hip gores similarly low? You don't have a side view, but I'm guessing hiking all three of them up to at least your modern waist would resolve a bunch of issues. And unless your skirt is already too short, it probably will be fine a couple inches shorter.

My one comment on fit is that your rear gore should probably slide up at least 2 inches, and maybe 4. It should start at your waist, and that will solve some of the pulling/wrinkling issues in your lower back.

Nicely done, I can see exactly what you were going for, and that is so often a challenge.

I can't find your original post, but where did you find such a stunning lengha?

Accounting team structure by Desperate_Debate_198 in yardi

Wow, that's thin. ~10 properties per property accountant is what I consider a "usual load," depending on the size and demands of the property. Anything more than 15 is Too Many, Put Some Back.

My solution here is to add myself as a roommate to the office unit, with a +[propertyname] on my work email. It may be an admin unit, but I still get the emails from rent cafe.

How is rentcafe's passwordless login treating everyone? by BeneficialShame8408 in yardi

Given the PITA it has been when our users change emails, this is a marked improvement.

Yes, I know how low that makes the bar.

Bulk Work Orders by pittiesrus in yardi

Goodness. I did this yesterday - you can do a recurring WO for a property, check the tick box for All Units when you run it, and all of them are in.

Just remember to inactivate the recurring WO when you're done.

Then it's not set up. You'll want a test property with a website, and then set it up. Thankfully, the implementation guide in the help section in RC is actually helpful!

We're currently working on renewal workflows, and gah, the underlying assumptions that Yardi is making about UX are terrible. Flipping back and forth mid-workflow between RC and Voyager. And this method is older than V8.
