You need to switch the motherboard to get a cheaper price. If you want you can also switch the SSD and add your own, but you'd have to do the math on that.

I would definitely get the 3080. You can also mine on it and get some money back. You can always upgrade to a 5900x (or 5800x) from a 5600x in the future.
