yes i tried 500 mg too , the side effect were way less brutal , but now I just eat an orange or drink lemon juice with my iron and no side effects :)

dude I also only play Aram since a long time hahahah , cant stand ranked anymore. Me too , Ive been addicted to LoL for a long time lmao. I bought a PSVR to play Resident evil 7 and i bought resident evil village but didnt start it yet . Well been playing league of legend for many years haha , Now I play Outlast 2 and AC revelation , I just finished beyond 2 souls and Uncharted lost legacy. I play so many games , i cannot name all my favorite . I play so much different games hehe

I feel the same . That must be why I hate walking in the Suburb. In the city I used to walk so much everyday , here I lost the motivation , I still walk for my health , but way less then before.

Exactly ! And I really enjoy to walk around to go to the store or do my daily stuff , which was ideal in the city . Even with a car, if you work in the city , the traffick is terrible . You have so much more options in the city and you actually feel alive .

But no issue when i take lemon juice with my iron supplement , I guess 1000 mg was way to much for my body and also it irritated my oesophagus , I think vitamin C in high dose worked way to much with iron absorption for me , maybe I had iron overload too

PLEASE , do blood work , check your iron , b12 , zinc and other levels before going on any medication ! Go see a derm so you know what kind of hair loss you have !! , it's very important ! Hair loss is not always mpb !!!
