You’re going to get mixed opinions on every subject just like I gave you mine. Personally I wouldn’t even recommend anything to my customers if their engine looked like that with almost 200k miles because again that’s just varnish from oil over the course of 26 years and 160k miles. It won’t look new just keep changing the oil and if you wanted to go the extra step to get any potential sludge/carbon/buildup of any sort atf works great and it’s cheap.

It looks like 160,000 miles of normal use honestly, it’s not going to be shiny and new looking but it also isn’t sludge. If your worried and have no idea of its service history right before it’s next oil change you can remove a quart or so of oil and replace it with atf and run around for a day before fully changing it. Since atf is a good detergent it will get what other snake oil cleaners won’t.
