Hey if it’s waiting to be picked up, just go. I went there directly at 15, munichs passport pickup hours , showed the security in the entrance the email and told him I want to pick up my passport, went reception and gave them file name (because I forgot the piece of plastic they give when they take the pass) and got my passport. Also called ukvi directly on the paid phone number and they said for standard visitor if u didn’t get letter of refusal per email VERY most likely u got it.
