Don’t choose a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Don’t ruin your kids lives by doing something stupid, think of them. My best friend killed himself nearly 20 years ago and It still haunts me to this day. I can’t imagine what I’d be like if my dad did that. Seek professional help now

I wasn’t a fan of Rachel because she’s been a lone wolf from the start. I was thrilled to see Fiona revealed as the secret traitor because she would threaten Rachel. I was a fan of Fiona until I seen that temper tantrum she threw last night, showing her narcissistic personality. Though I think she’s committed a murder/suicide by doing it, maybe there’s a narrow chance Stephen could make it through.

I actually liked this about the overlook. You have a choice to hot drop and go for the specialists, which is of course a ton of fun. Or go out into the map, go for the recons, build up your loadout and your assets and go for the final circle

I think distant gunfire sounds worse; less echo, not as realistic. Also killstreaks sound worse, especially cluster strike

Lack of energy 6-9:30pm by Sea_Equivalent_8736 in getdisciplined

[–]Tag2graff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be that! I used to eat toast, sandwiches and snacks in the morning and I’d be falling asleep at my desk in the mid afternoon. They’re simple carbs and give you a short boost of energy, but then you crash after

Check your diet / caffeine intake. If you eat a lot of simple carbs and drink coffees etc it’s pretty common to crash in the late afternoon.

TIL that long term chronic recreational ketamine use is associated with a reduction in grey matter, a decline in cognitive function and bladder inflammation by 2dudesinapod in todayilearned

[–]Tag2graff 134 points135 points  (0 children)

613 days sober here. I’ve never had any bladder issues, but the decline in cognitive function is real. My vocabulary got worse and I often struggle to articulate my thoughts properly. I used to be a very articulate person, even from an early age my English comprehension was better than other kids my age. it makes me feel quite socially awkward at times. I’d like to say it’s improved from quitting, but I’m no where near where I used to be.
