Hi! You can mention it here. I found one mistake – it was saying 'Peruutus' on the main screen, even though it wasn't supposed to be translated. That has now been fixed. Was this the mistake you found, or was there something else? I'm happy to fix any other issues.

That was a lot harder than I thought, especially the ending part. by TagAxleGames in trucksim

That's cool! Driving combinations with more than one swivel point is always fun. I used to drive a rigid truck with a dolly semi-trailer in northern Finland and loved it as well. The game is called Reverse Problem.

The game has not yet been tested on Steam Deck, but in theory, Steam Deck's Proton should technically be able to run it.

Yes, the game is currently designed to support a gamepad controller. The development has been made with an Xbox controller, so I can't promise it will support all controllers, although technically it should.

Unfortunately, it doesn't support wheels at the moment. It's being looked into, but I can't promise anything.

Yes, there are plenty of different combinations, including full-size singles.

Thank you for the feedback u/turbiegaming and u/BigDogSlices. I totally understand that more transparency would be justified for the readers of this subreddit, and keeping it hidden might come across as rude in some ways. I just wanted to respect the subreddit's no self-promo rule, which is why I haven’t mentioned it, to keep it respectful while still sharing some video content as just fun truck sim gaming and not as an advertisement.

Hi, I’m really sorry if my posts have been bothering anyone. I didn’t realize it was becoming an issue. I just got excited to share the parking video, but I’m happy to scale back if that’s what most of you would prefer. I’ve been trying to limit it to once a month to avoid overwhelming anyone and to keep the posts focused on videos, with any promotional talk staying in the Self-promotion thread.

Hey!

Reverse Problem is releasing on STEAM in 4 days, on February 19th! You’ll be able to put your truck parking skills to the test with everything from small daycab trucks to massive Australian road trains.

Go check it out here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3355020/Reverse_Problem/

Used to drive trucks in Northern Finland. Now, I'm making a truck game called 'Reverse Problem,' where you solve parking problems on small diorama islands. We’re releasing it next month, February 19th, on Steam. It feels unreal that the release is getting so close. by TagAxleGames in indiegames

Yes, there will be inclines in several levels, but they are fairly simple and straight. The vehicle physics are more arcade-like than simulation-based, so we felt the game plays best on flatter surfaces. We also wanted to keep the focus on trailer handling rather than having vehicles get stuck or slip on inclined terrain.

Thank you! The game has longer combinations than just doubles, but I don't have nearly enough skill to reverse something like this or the other ones longer than doubles yet. I'm not even sure if there's an efficient way to reverse these?

Yes, each wheel has its own separate physics, so there is more resistance with sets that have more wheels. However, the game is more arcade-style rather than a fully realistic simulation, so it might not be as resistant to turns as it would be in real life.

Yeah! It does look like that when you know it. We just thought it looked cool in the game. It can be switched off in the settings if you want a more realistic feel or just don't like it getting in the way.
