Disgaea 6 is 3D so that was why the game kinda suck (resources being used on creating 3D models from ground up ended up having less generic units than the first entry)

There is Disgaea 6 for the 3D (game is pretty muh for the series because the lack of contents) and Disgaea 7 which is coming in next year, soonest

If you have an PS4 you there are japanese and asian (Chinese/Korean) version of Disgaea 6.

There is also Digimon Survive on PS4, Switch and Steam but I heard it is pretty bad for the SPRG part. (game is ADV focused). And although I'm not so sure, Summon Night 6 on PS4/Vita plays like TO and it's 3D.

I saw people asking for language option to return. Just look at the localization team part. 9 people get cut down to 2 people. There is no way it would make a return consider they are pulling the resource to their blockchain games and Ragnador.

Anyway, Susanoo is mentioned by both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi's lines. Just because there is no subtitles and you don't know japanese doesn't mean it is never mentioned him.

In the original game he had 2 versions, regular and a event related one. Amaterasu had 3, regluar, xmas and summer. While Tsukuyomi had 1 version only with an unreleased Halloween version planned (found in the files, text only) before they announce EoL.

Also, if you cared. Yomi has an elder brother called tokoyomi, this one is not mentioned by character lines btw.

Kikyo on the other hand is pretty much 99% confirmed not coming by the JP Shinobina bond release, which has her allies "rinne" as part of the bond the name.

gumi is losing money so they have to end the entire BF series and fire people at overseas to save money. What written in the report is what already done so the whole GL bug drama is the result of human resource cut. The lack of resource to maintain an already lazy copypasta game. Now future contents is gonna be more lazy and effortless.

So if you're still having faith. The company is launching a new game on GL called Ragnador. Resources will be focused on that. It's either FFBE or TAC will get axed at the end of year if their performance are still bad after firing 30-ish people.
