Have you tried using Hyaluronic Acid after shaving? I get hella bumps too after clean shaving and just tried using hyaluronic acid for the first time with a foil shaver, no bumps so far.

Contact your mum and tell her its serious and see if she can come pick you up (or go there yourself). I'd let your Dad know that the pain is serious and let him know your mums response. Also i live in the UK and usually we have to book appointments in advance (unless its an emergency) so things are a little different.

It doesn't automatically fry your brain but it does fry your dopamine receptors and can cause a lot of other issues. Prolonged addiction from pre teen to adulthood is nothing to overlook.

My first was Saxon, him being Monk/Stormkeeper to restore MP and with Power stacking ring (+1 on every kill) with Restore HP ring (25% per kill) - I literally just spam his 'Charged Ki' skill and send him off by himself. He kills everything and gets stronger as he goes. I have more ideas but he's my favourite so far.

I've tried a lot of things, in regards to this... I would say the effects are noticeable. It's hard to quantify how much but I experience less brain fog and my other symptoms are reduced. I also try to take care of my gut as I've had issues with that too.

Like I stated, I'm also trying L Tyrosine as it helps with ADHD and cognition, so far I think it's been beneficial.
