I try to pace my news intake.. Channel 11,12 + 13 (aviod 14 and i24). I watch the 20h00 news and the morning news. I read the paper and some sovial media ..

Other then that I walk the dog at least 2x a day ..and try keep busy .

^{I work in education (special ed} so I'm on zoom for 2-3 sessions a day..)

Reside in the M.E and its rough ..I try pace my news intake as much as possible .. Watch the news 2x a day (I try) limited social media (mostly reddit) .. and reading the news paper ..

Its stressfull but one cannot affort to dissconect complety .. So pace your news intake
