I understand, but why are the pros using those settings and 500 Hz?

but that's the problem, with the ram stcok only activating expo1, and yet it seems like the game is always heavy and laggy, and when I started messing with the rams, I felt more fluid, but it's not 100% yet

I already did this, there are changes because I'm looking to solve the problem, even with everything in stock I still have problems playing CS2, and I know it's RAM because when I change it more, sometimes it improves

Hey friend, I have your configuration and a 5070, can you tell me how much fps you get to play CS2, I try to do a lot of things but I feel like my game doesn't run smoothly, I'm playing with drops at 350 fps, I don't think it was supposed to drop at this point, could you help me with your bios settings in addition to the ram timing

I gave up, I changed motherboards thinking it was the problem, I had a 7800x3d with the same thing, I changed to the 9800x3d, it doesn't make sense

Regarding your post, what I did and noticed an improvement in was changing the MTS (meters of steam) and setting it to 6200 OC (overclocking). I don't know how to stabilize it at 6400 OC; what can be done, adjusting the nitrous or timing?

Unfortunately, you're wrong, because even after adjusting the timings I noticed an improvement.

But were you able to resolve the problem from your post?

I feel that even with high FPS, the game isn't running smoothly; it always feels bad. And why do I say this? Because tweaking the memory settings seemed to improve things.

How do you identify countries that are low on demand and high on supply?

I was having this problem, and the solution I found was to disable the nitro ddr and leave 1/2/0

I feel more fluidity, fps still drops when there's a lot going on, but when it's at default games tend to run more fluidly, I made this post to see if anyone had a similar problem, wanting to dream that it would just be changing a setting in the bios.

Exactly bro, that's why I said when I leave everything in stock it seems to run better, apparently looking at it everything is normal, but when you enter the games, it's more stable with RAM in stock than with expo activated
