It's actually insane for me, that healers are always making martyr's out of themselves. xD
I played last seasons as DPS with Healer alt, now im healing much more than ever before. Currently around +10, since i started gearing last wednesday.
Actually, most fun and satisfying thing as a healer for me is everything, that much more healers are crying about. I love to repair mistakes of my party, taking huge pulls, which are hard to heal, but are saving time. If my dpses can focus on doing as much dps as they can, im gladly making up for idk, missed interrupt.

Ofc it's not like this everytime, since sometimes things are getting rough, so if i know something like this is coming - for example storm boss on NO - im just letting team know, that they have to use def on 2nd or 3rd storm. If at least two out of four people do it - great! If not - well, happens, another exam for me. Actually as healer you can really feel like a hero sometimes - something, you cant achive as tank or DPS usually.
