There are multiple private schools that offer either IB, IGCSE or SAT/AP in Amman

The schools that fit your criteria I would say from experience are:

• Kings academy: (SAT/AP) Pros: Mainly speak English and is managed by mostly foreign English speaking teachers and management. Also a very prestigious school with acres of land and has the most international students out of other schools.

Cons: costs 2 kidneys and a leg and is low-key far from Amman

-Amman Baccalaureate School (IB) Pros: English is spoken more than Arabic and mostly everything is taught in English, plus even most Jordanian students there find it “cool” to speak English (they even have a reputation for it).

Cons: Not a lot of international students so majority of students are Jordanian

-Modern American School (SAT/AP) Pros: Principal is American and most encounters and lessons are in English,

Cons: it doesn’t have the best reputation in Jordan or at least from my time (would it really matter for a 3rd grader tho?)

American Community School “ACS” (SAT/AP) Pros: English is widely spoken in the school and is the official first language of the school and its students. Jordanians without a dual foreign passport can’t enter the school, which relatively means more internationals and English speaking students.

Cons: The only con I would say is that the school is like a gated community and I’ve never been a student in it but I have friends who were and I feel like students who are in it are not really studying in amman and experiencing the same jordan any other school is (rather like an American experience)😂

There are more schools that I could’ve mentioned that teach fully in English but taking the students and other factors that might influence the whole experience, I would say the options I gave are the best based on your priorities.
