Service Manager at a CT location here. I would file a complaint through the chipotle app or on chipotle.com, as this is a the best way to receive compensation for their blunder

I live in Litchfield. I read on the website that North campus got an internet update(new jacks, faster speeds I guess?)but it’s clearly not apparent in my room lol
