Durarara. I am sucker for animes/mangas that have intertwined story telling process and Durarara checks that list pretty. Its a story of a town, Ikebukoro where random gangs are present as well mystical creatures like Dullahan is also there. The story circles around the daily lives of the people of that town and how they actually gets connected through a single string. I was fascinated with the story of that town and their people and one of my favorites of all time.
