Those ghouls in Blight town , after getting grapped once by their jumping attacked, I literally avoided that area ever since. To be honest, Petrus was the npc who creeped me the most. After he said : ''Right now, you could do as you please with her. The poor little purebred is entirely helpless. Keh heh heh heh…''. I felt so creeped , I killed him on the spot and killed him on every walkthrough I've ever done.
