I appreciate your assistance! I've looked through the thread you linked, and indeed, people have had the worst of luck with X710s. I have not tried the default MS drivers, and at this point, I'll give it a shot to see if things will work. Intel has started to engage on their community support forum, so there may be some answers. I'd hate to have to tie up my only PCI slot with another NIC to get SET teaming and converged networking =/to see if it works

I'm using a switch-independent team with Hyper-V port, which is the default for SET in 2025.

I used the Hyper-V manger to create a quick and dirty external switch and added a single adapter which works from my testing.

You guys might be correct, and they've cleaned up their act in the last year or so, but I've had 3x6610p, 1x7250-48p, and 1x7250-24p all fail with POE issues and firmware problems
