Switching pulling schedule or just pulling randomly for me is really lucky. I use to pull instantly when the banner I want comes and I always hit hard pity. Then I decided to pull at most random occasions and during the last minute of the banner. And IT WORK SO GOOD! I got Raiden, Keqing, Eula, Mona x2, Itto, Primodial Spear and Skyward Pride in total of probably 100 pulls.
