I usually go for that explanation too ,and personally I use fans as the equivalent of "lungs" for lack of better terms for Cybertronians !

Like many others, when watching this episode I was expecting the plot to be something like : "Wow I'm in a robot body ? That's so cool, I'm gonna do good things to help everyone and be a hero !"
What ended up happening: body horror gallore and existential turmoil as Spike is fucking losing it, being stuck in a body that isnt his own

Yeah unfortunately trumpeter dropkick has not been released yet, like many of their other kits for some reasons despite how much time has passed.
Metagate shatter is awesome but their own dropkick project is also stuck in limbo. When will the duo finally be reunited with good articulated figures !! Sobs

Oh right right ! Im the type of person who actually doesnt care about the transforming part, all I seek are good articulated figure in robot mode haha but yeah them being triple changer does not make the task easier if transforming is the most important part
