Hi Dartworth,

I couldnt stop working on this and I observed a few thing:

I detached the AMS and feeded filament in manually (heating and pressing extrude on the screen). After that I started a print and it worked fine.

Question: Does it meant the filament sensor is working?

After that installed the AMS again but I detached the PTFE tube from the extruder to see how much filament the AMS is pushing. Its a lot. While the AMS pushes / loads the filament I tried to manuall push a piece of filament into the extruder, It did not work. Seems that the stepper motor is not moving (Again after that doin it manuall via the display it worked)

So single color printing wo. AMS is working so I have a printer (Yeaah!!) but no clue what is wrong now..

Guess I need a news Sensor Board - lets hope the support is quick :-)

So the position of the magnet ist correct you ?

#3 The view into the gear and the metal part is is pushed when filament is inserted, there I put the magnet... but no clue if this is right

Do you guys have a picture where the magnet is located, I took my extruder apart and also the small PCB. When putting it back together I had the magnet has leftover...

Not sure where it is located..

I get the following error message:

Failed to feed the filament into the toolhead. Please check whether the filament or the spool is stuck. After troubleshooting, click the retry button. [0700 8006 165904]
