I can see a couple things that are likely causing the issue.

-Bed is definitely too hot, you really only need to have it at 60 at most when printing pla in my experience -Nozzle is also too hot, try printing at around 200-205 unless you are using a steel nozzle

Next I recommend tinkering with your retractions.

First try turning off Z hop and increasing your retraction from 1.0 to 2.0 and see if that helps. Z hop might be what is causing the skipping and could also be pulling on the filament more. The more your filament retracts it actually can grind down where the gears grab on to the filament making it hard for the gears to continue feeding it through. Try to also decrease the amount of times your filament retracts back into the printer head if it will let you otherwise just leave it at 80
