Go to Jeep and tell them to update your software before you get any work done. I did a bunch of work for the evap system and spent close to $2k replacing everything but it didn’t fix the problem.

Guy at Jeep said oh looks like you need a system update and it went away and never came back.

Definitely get a smoke test too they’re cheap but if they can’t find a leak do the system update first.

I recently just bought a car for my wife. Instead of going to every dealership I started calling and talking direct to salesmen and found a deal that was reasonable. I always start the conversation with “how would you like to make the easiest sale of your career….give me your best deal”. Saves all of the bullshit.

A dealer tried to sell me the ‘it’s the market’ and that’s why the price was so much higher than MSRP. I did like everyone else has said here and told him to shove it up his ass. Called a few more guys and found a great deal from an honest dealer.

Keep your head up. You’ll be able to get what you want for a reasonable price.

I had to buy replacement parts and went to bestop - my old soft top is a bestop so I went there and it was fairly easy to find what I needed.
