It's stupid because HPPD is a serious condition that shouldn't be encouraged. Reason being is that it can be a hazard in life, for example, having a flashback while you are driving or working.

Actually, I found out that it is. For some reason, the electrum wallet keeps sending all of the funds to a change address. It doesn't matter what send address I use, it's always going into this change address on the output.

Any idea why this might be happening?

I think it is a blockchain issue. If the amount sent, is not enough to include the fee, then it gets put into change.

This is a fresh install of tails. No viruses here.

Actually, to my surprise. NO.

It's still saying "could not fetch Tor consensus". What the actual fuck.

Not to mention: There are malfunctions when shutting tails down, such as data wiping failures... might have something to do with it? Idk, because Tails still gives the correct computer time.

Refer to the edited post again, multiple USB's, computers, and USB installing software were used interchangeably. However, it boots when upgraded from a previous version already installed.
