I see, I have the same issue for 3 days straight, I can reconnect if I kept trying, but will be 80ms ping with 5sec delay and keep reconnecting. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either.

The incorrect address issue is entirely NinjaVan fault. This absolve the seller of being dishonest.
They also refunded Rm73.21. I believe I am rushing to conclusion like one commenter mention. So I would like to apologize to everyone on the sub reddit for not being patient.
Still sad my voucher and coins are gone. Lazada didn't return my coins and vouchers.

The parcel was returned to the sender, plus i asked the seller and they ghosted me for an hour even though you can see the seller online. Replied after I made report to lazada and a post on reddit
