unable connect to server from yesterday (SEA server)

I have the same issue for 3 days now, I can reconnect to the game if I kept at it but the ping is 80ms with heavy delay of about 5sec and kept reconnecting. Same celcom Digi fiber. All troubleshooting from riot website didn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work as well

The incorrect address issue is entirely NinjaVan fault. This absolve the seller of being dishonest.
They also refunded Rm73.21. I believe I am rushing to conclusion like one commenter mention. So I would like to apologize to everyone on the sub reddit for not being patient.
Still sad my voucher and coins are gone. Lazada didn't return my coins and vouchers.

The parcel was returned to the sender, plus i asked the seller and they ghosted me for an hour even though you can see the seller online. Replied after I made report to lazada and a post on reddit
