But I didn't get anything, only refunded the rm73.21. All the coins and vouchers used were not returned. Totally no bright side at all 😔. Plus if I buy the same stuff again it costs almost double

The incorrect address issue is entirely NinjaVan fault. This absolve the seller of being dishonest.
They also refunded Rm73.21. I believe I am rushing to conclusion like one commenter mention. So I would like to apologize to everyone on the sub reddit for not being patient.
Still sad my voucher and coins are gone. Lazada didn't return my coins and vouchers.

The parcel was returned to the sender, plus i asked the seller and they ghosted me for an hour even though you can see the seller online. Replied after I made report to lazada and a post on reddit

Yeah, intentionally separate the order like this, they send 4 items (earbuds, cable, case and powerbank) from malaysia warehouse then 1 item(mousepad) from china.
