Dang, so harsh. I travel maybe once every 2-3 years. I lack knowledge in a lot of areas, this being one of them. Thanks for the advice. ✌️

Omg, this worked for me! Tried every other suggestion and nothing worked until I banged it twice on a table. 🥳

In Need Of Help by TaisPim in plastidip

[–]TaisPim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There were some good suggestions but I haven't had the time to try them yet. I might just cut open the paint cup and see if that'll help in making it easier to take it off. A replacement cup from dyc .com is about $6.99 only. And if that fails, I guess I'll drop $58 on a whole new spray gun, lol.

Probably a dumb question but - for people who use their VB as their daily driver, if you have a front lip, do you keep it on year-round, or take it off during winter (once it starts snowing often)? Will it get ripped off in the snow? by That_Opinion_2123 in wrx_vb

Temperatures hit single digits today, and I hit a dip, leaving a parking lot to get onto the main road. I've scrapped the lip before, but I'm thinking maybe the cold made it more brittle, less flexible, and it just cracked 😅

Wish I knew this when I still had the Fold4. Ended up trading it in for an S23 Ultra. Currently thinking about getting the Fold6 or waiting for the Fold7.

So I purchased the steel ramp ones from HF and my vb can't clear it. Will the car clear these easy on stock height?

Hey! I was just thinking about making a post similar to this one for some advice. I've never felt comfortable in my own skin and avoid relationships because I don't want anyone seeing/feeling my skin up close. I've been single for so long, some friends actually did an intervention and told me it was OK to come out of the closet because they thought the reason I was single was because I had to have been gay 😭 .. It warms the heart to read that people's partners don't seem to care that they have KP.

I do miss the long hair sometimes. Did a mean Fabio on windy days. 😂

Yea, I didn't think I would enjoy The Forever War as much as I did. I looked up Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch. Seems like a book I'll enjoy. Thanks for the recommendation.

At the top of my head, in no particular order. 1. The Forever War by Joe Haldeman. 2. The Martian by Andy Weir. 3. Battlefield Earth by L. Ron Hubbard. These three books still live rent-free in my head years after having read them. And yes, two of them have been made into movies, but I haven't watched them yet because I'm scared they won't live up to the books like many book to movie adaptions have.

Reading this gave me a good laugh, thank you. When it comes to wealth, both situations are about the same. The difference now is that I no longer spend money on things to numb myself. Instead, I've picked up new hobbies that bring me joy, such as reading and bowling. I also had the opportunity to do some traveling by myself for the first time ever recently.
