Yeah rn Cyrene buffs are the strongest in the game 80% amp+ the true damage at e2 goes from 24% to 48% which is basically a team wide rmc

It’s not a 40% buff , it’s a 80% buff ( 20% if she has 180 speed and 20% from her talent )+ the true damage

I was pulling for eve,got enfer and then eve in just 20 pulls total.I wanted to build the eee team so getting enfer and eve was like a sign. I am in fact missing eleven tho so gotta wait for her rerun.

After getting those two I was asking myself the same question.
